The time of consumption of fruit, which is the source of vitamins, has been notably vital for human life and it is as important as its general consumption. It is vital that fruit is consumed two hours after and before the meals.

Vegetables:

The fresher vegetables are consumed the more beneficial they are for health. It should be cooked for 20 minutes in order to preserve the nutrients in it. During puberty everybody should eat fresh fruit and vegetables instead of canned or frozen food.
